Indie Spotlight Feature - Official Launch!!!

My first featured novel,
In Your Dreams by Amy Martin
I am very happy to announce the official launch of my Indie Spotlight feature here on PaperFantasies!  This is a month-long author feature in which I dedicate a separate page of the blog to information on this author's novel, where to buy the book, and an author interview.  This feature is not a review or a recommendation.  The review of the author's book will be posted on the 18th of his/her featured month, which is when you'll find my take on the novel and whether or not I'd recommend it.

This is important to me because I know that there are so many struggling indie writers out there, and with such an over-saturation of questionable content on the self-published market, a lot of readers are understandably hesitant to commit to a self-published book.  It's also next to impossible for these authors to find a large audience without bloggers willing to give their novel a chance.
Though there are so many not so great self-published novels, there is also a plethora of great ones waiting to be discovered.  Now I know I won't be able to thrust my favorites into the spotlight, but if I can find a few readers to give them a chance and break the stigma of self-published novels for them, this whole thing will be worth it.

This month, you can find the first featured author, Amy Martin, by clicking here, or just clicking on the specified page.  I sincerely hope you take the time out to at least check out the featured novels, even if you decide by the synopsis and teaser that it's not for you.  These authors rely on readers like you to take a leap of faith and give them and the novel they spent so long writing a chance.

Thank you so, so much for the time you give me and my blog, and the opportunity to launch this feature.  Help me make it successful!

As you may or may not know, life is eating up way too much of my spare time right now, so pretty please don't hate me if it takes me a few days to get back to your wonderful comments. I read each and every one from my phone, and they always make my day. <3
